The water pump (a Techflow QT45, unknown age but at least 7 years old) located by the bottom of the hot water tank in my flat seems poorly.
Sometimes it works fine (albeit somewhat noisier than it used to be), sometime it takes a long while to come on, other times it doesn't come on and so hot water just trickles out the taps, and sometimes it makes an electrical buzzing noise.
Is this likely to be fixable, or is it time to get a new one?
