Hi Shirley have you given the Wd40 time to soak in as it needs to penetrate into the thread? Keep applying it throughout the day for best results, then try loosening and tightening the bolt by small amounts to clean the rust off the thread until it comes off fully. If this doesn't work you will have to cut the bolts with a hacksaw. Ed
