Hi Jenna the problems with the immersion heater and toilet are not connected, it's most likely to be the heating element that has gone in the immersion heater. Ed

Immersion water heater has stopped working, the thermostat is not even clicking on? Just before it went altogether, I had less hot water coming through. The pipes creaked until I put a tap on. I also have a leak behind my toilet but I believe it is because this was poorly fitted. But could they be related and what do you suggest could be wrong with my water tank? Have an electric shower that is working as normal :s
