Hi Carol as long as you can connect to the soilpipe and hot/cold water feeds you shouldn't have any problem, ideally try to locate above the existing downstairs bathroom to make this easier. Ed

How easy would it be to install toilet and basin upstairs in dormer bungalow. Would there be any major problems with plumbing etc.
Main bathroom is downstairs and only toilet in house.
