Bath mixer tap only gives lukewarm water. Shower mixer tap gives hot&cold. Both sets of taps within same bathtub. There was a faulty pressure gauge we were told during the gas bolier (combi) safety certificate test, which had its part replaced 3months ago. No operational problems were noticed beforehand.
