I have a Trition Thames Vertical Bar Thermostatic mixer shower with a fixed head and it is no longer working. As it was still under warranty Trition came out to look at the shower but stated that they will not repair it because problems were due to the valve section not being perfectly straight. The shower itself was quite expensive. All the plumbers websites charge a call out fee, how can I tell in advance if a plumber can repair my shower or of it will need to be replaced? Shower is fixed to the tiles so I don't want to replace these.
