We have a townhouse with integral garage and are thinking of fitting a utility area (washer, dryer and sink) in the back of the garage to free up space in the kitchen. There is power and cold water in the garage but no waste pipe. The kitchen is next to the garage so I guess we could extend the kitchen waste pipe through the garage wall and maybe also put a hot water pipe through too. I guess it would involve a few metres of piping. Just want to know if that is feasible. Thanks
