Hi Charles, To give a rating, you'll need to log in to your (free) account created through you posting a job or launch the Find a Tradesman mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted through Rated People. After that, simply select the job from the list and then click the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. If you can't remember your account details, you can reset the password yourself through entering your email here: ratedpeople(dot)com/password/forgot I hope this helps.
