It wont let me write what i want! basicaly i unblock his wetroom drain.. he says "he cud hav done that" i bill him sixty.. he says its to much and fifteen is more than enough even though was 5:30 and was picking his wifes chest hair out the drain! how do we deal with these types of customers!
