Hi Denise, Once you post a job and a tradesperson expresses interest in carrying out that job for you, we send you a link to their profile page with previous ratings and reviews from Rated People customers. Of course, if a tradesperson has just signed up to Rated People, they will need to build up their reviews as we don't allow reviews from jobs carried out before they've signed up with us - mainly so we can make sure reviews aren't being falsified.
