Hi Amy, the first thing I would do is check the manual, I know it sounds basic but that's a good place to start. If you haven't got the manual you can down load it from the net, just type in your boilers name and model number. There should be two small taps to the right hand side underneath the boiler, you need both of these open to start filling the system. If you don't feel confident enough to do that then post a job on Rated People but make it clear that it's a simple job for <£50. Good luck.
