Radiator

Posted by Emma Meadows, on
I want to remove a radiator from our living room and want to know is it a simple job if the pipework is in the plasterboard?

If it is a new house then normally 10mm pipe feed down in the plaster wall middle rad, you would have to fully drain the system if doing it your self

It is simple to remove the radiator, but depending on the route of the pipework, if you wish to remove all signs of the pipework, then it may require removal of a section of plasterboard (if access to upstream pipework is not possible from under floor or above). A plumber would most likely be needed, you will find one if you post the job in the job section. Hope this helps
