Pressure Problems

We lost our water pressure when a combi boiler was fitted by the landlord and when I use the mixer tap for the shower, the hot water over rides the cold, meaning I have to turn the cold tap on full and then turn on the hot tap millimetre by millimetre until I get the right temp or I get scalded! Can anyone give me a solution.

Water tank should be removed and The mains connected to the cold down service this will solve the problem full own is usually less when the combination boiler is installed but they save you a lot
