Hi Tim, yes it's definitely possible, just make sure the pipework is wrapped in insulating tape to stop it being corroded by the salts in the brickwork, if they're using copper.
Hiding Radiator Plumbing in walls.

I would like to wall mount and hide the plumbing of our new radiators in the walls - we currently have our place stripped back to base plaster, ready to make the channeling/chasing .. wanted to know if its possible/difficult or not recommended etc.
