I assume they mean a gas safety certificate, most gas safe registered engineers can supply this after an inspection.

I am selling my house and have been told a boiler certificate, however we bought the house in 2009 and the boiler was replaced in 2006 and do not have a certificate. what can i do

Hi Karl do you have your boiler serviced regularly the paper work for this will be in your manufacturers instructions every year we fill it in and it's the service history for your boiler if you do need a service please get in touch
