Hi Eric, If this tradesperson is interested in a job you've posted, we'll have emailed you to let you know. The email will have contained a link to their profile page which features any ratings and reviews that they've received from previous homeowners who have hired them through us. If you can't find the email, you can also view the profile and ratings of the tradespeople interested in your job by logging in to your account online. The account's free and created by you posting a job with us. Once you're logged in, just select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. You will then be shown a list of tradespeople interested in your job and the links to their profile pages. We also add their details to your My Tradesmen address book if you've downloaded the Find a Tradesman mobile app. I hope this helps.
