If the boiler was fitted to an existing system and the system was not flushed and a magnetic filter not fitted to the heating return pipe then this could be the problem. I assume it was fitted by a gassafe engineer so if he has not flushed the system ask why. Also if it was a legal installation it will be covered under the manufactures guarantee assuming you have had it serviced if it's over 1 year old, so give them a ring. Bob edmunds
