You can buy a 3.5 inch to 4inch converter from a plumbers merchant that should go inside the cast iron then the pan connector will fit the end

I have a problem I am trying to fit a new low level wc to an old 1930's iron stack. The iron stack has a collar about 4" the internal soil pipe narrow. is there a mutiquik pvc collar that will fit the pan to the stack? or does the iron stack pipe have to be cut a rubber coupling fitted? If I can't do the job, how much will a plumber charge for the job. Thank you in advance for your help.
