If the tray is that far out of level that it holds water it would need reinstalling.
Shower base tray

We had a shower and bathroom installed a few months ago. However the installer did not make the shower tray perfectly straight and the water from the shower does not drain into the drain properly. Is there a product that diverts the water inside the drain, or must I pay to get a good tradesmen to re install the tray.
