How to leave feedback

I hired Plumb GO to fix a toilet. I would like to leave feedback. The email you sent me notifying me of his interest did no have a link to show whether I hired him or how to Leave feedback. The name Plumb GP opened to his website but no apparent way of leaving feedback although I could see others' feedback. Please help.
