Hi Johanna, That's great to hear. To leave a rating you'll need to log in to your (free) account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. This will bring up a list of jobs you've posted through us. You can then select the job from the list and click the rate button for the tradesperson who completed the work. We/the tradesperson can also send you an email prompt to leave a rating. If you have this email, you can also rate this way by clicking on the tradesperson/company name in the email and following the instructions. Thanks, Natalie Ask an expert team
