No show plumber

Where is my plumber?....he rang me 5 minutes after I posted my work required (job), came to my house last friday...said he needed a bracket...and would fit it today (mon.26/09/ 16 at 13:00...its now 14:40 and he hasn't rang me to say he would be late...he left last friday without giving us any contact details. I am left with no central heating because he has left the radiator off the wall and in the garden...can you supply me with contact details so I can arrange for the plumber to complete our job...he has taken half the money for the job to be paid up in full on completion.
