Hi Muriel, If you've posted a job through our site and this tradesperson purchased the job lead to quote, we'll have sent you an email you to let you know. In this email will have been a link to their profile with us, which is where you can find any ratings and reviews from previous homeowners who've found them through our site. If you can't find this email, you can log in to your account from our homepage and click on the Tradespeople tab. Clicking on the name of the company will bring up the info that you need. I'd also recommend following the advice in our homeowner checklist at ratedpeople(dot)com/c/homeowner-checklist. If you have any problems, just give our Customer care team a shout.
