Hi after heavy rain last night I noticed water coming up through the wooden floor in my living room, the house was built in 1930's era, the water has not come from the roof / windows and is only in the centre of my living room... I rent the property so want some advice before I contact the landlord as ask him to sort this. Any ideas?
