New shower pump: not pumping hot water

We had Monsoon Standard Single S2.0 Bar installed in February , first off it worked fine. Then over the last few months it would take longer and longer for that hot water to emerge from the mixer shower and now it's not working at all. Could the pump be blocked ?

Hi Michael problems with a shower pump usually point towards something to do with the installation i.e. The method that the hot water is feeding the pump, sometimes it's something as simple as the hot water temperature being to high you will probably need someone to diagnose the problem for you It may be worth contacting the manufacturer they can sometimes diagnose a problem with you over the phone Good luck Peter howell
