Telephone number

I have just asked for a quote but the telephone number box requires 11 digits, the telephone numbers for our area has only 10. I have placed a zero on the end of our number so that the online form would accept it. Can you make sure that my request is accepted and look at your procedures for similar quotes. Many thanks

Hi Mike, Thank you for letting us know. You should be able to go in and change your telephone number to a 10 digit one now. Once logged in, press "My account" at the top right followed by "Contact Preferences" to change your details. If you're still having issues, email support(at)ratedpeople.com and we'll be in touch.
