Had a plumber fit a shower for me today but do know how to leave a review

Hi, once the work has been carried out, the tradesman can send an email request for a rating, alternatively you can log in to you job listing find the tradesman that carried out the work and rate them from there Platinum Maintenance (NE)

The plumber has to require to Rated peoples for a review... soon as he does that, you will receive an email requesting you to write a review. Adrian.

Hi Phyllis, To give a rating, log in to your account or launch the Homes mobile app and select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation to view the list of jobs you have posted. Select the job from the list and then select the ‘Rate’ button for the tradesperson who completed the work. You’ll then be asked to give the tradesperson a star rating of 1 to 5 (5 being best) on their quality of work, reliability and value for money. Thanks, Josh Ask an expert team
