I had a response from one plumber registered with you and now he is not giving me an invoice for the work he has done and for which I have paid in full ...over £9,000 !! He presented his business card and I trusted him because he came from your website/registration...I have checked now at Companies House and the company he uses was dissolved in January 2016! Do you NOT check? I have used a plumber two years ago from your Rated people website and he was OK. PLEASE REPLY as I had a good relation with the plumber and all I want is a invoice for the work done so that I can claim from my insurance for the blocked drain and the retsoration of the
bathroom.
