It sounds like it could be a fault with the PCB, this means there's no response from the brains of the machine. You would have to find an appliance engineer to investigate the issue.

I need to find the root cause of what is causing my washing machine problems. When I start the machine I can hear it fill with water and it stops, however nothing then happens. The machine just doesn't run it's cycle.
