hey Sarah Based on all appliances you want fitted have both water and waste supplies existing your plumber would only need to charge an hourly rate. this should be anything from £20-£40 an hour for fair rates. if you are based in London your price will be higher. based on the information you have provided your plumber should need 4-6 hours. total cost on higher rate £240. check your plumbers rate before work starts.
