New sink and replace existing toilet

Posted by Sarah , on
Hello, what would be the rough cost to get a standard one bowl sink plumbed in, in our new utility room. We have the sink and tap and waste, it just needs fitted. Pipe work is there. Also a rough cost for replacing a toilet and sink, we have a sink unit and will purchase a toilet. We have no clue what it would cost and would like to budget for it before hiring. In Aberdeen Thanks!

hey Sarah Based on all appliances you want fitted have both water and waste supplies existing your plumber would only need to charge an hourly rate. this should be anything from £20-£40 an hour for fair rates. if you are based in London your price will be higher. based on the information you have provided your plumber should need 4-6 hours. total cost on higher rate £240. check your plumbers rate before work starts. I hope this helps Dan
