Kitchen sink waste disposal problem

I have an Insinkerator waste disposal under my kitchen sink. When plugged into the socket and the socket turned on it blows the fuse for that circuit. I tried plugging it into a different socket in different circuit and had the same problem which makes me think it's a problem with the appliance. Worked for over 2 and half years before this issue. What category on RatedPeople would this fall under?

Hi did this could fall under plumber or kitchen fitter maybe even appliance technician however I would recommend buying a new one and seeing if a kitchen fitter or plumber can fit it for you. Hope this is helpful
