When the Heating is on try turning all the other rads off and see if this heats the last rad up if it does leave it like that for a while then start to open the other rads just enough so they heat up

New boiler has been fitted now last radiator in house not heating up. Inlet and outlet pipes freezing. All turned on and bled. Radiator pipes heat up only when being bled
