How to refund credit back

Hi , just need to know how to request credit charge back to my monthly credit if the job not been accepted for some reasons, example , high price, time is not available , etc ,,, many thanks

Hi Talal, You can request a credit for any leads where the homeowner didn't give you an opportunity to quote. If you quoted, and the homeowner decided not to use you for any reason, you won't be able to get that credit back. You can find out if you're eligible to get a credit back by reporting the lead. - Find the job lead in your ‘Purchased Leads’ list. - Click ‘View full details’. - From the full details screen, click ‘Report lead’ and follow the steps. - Tell us about the issue you’ve had with the homeowner, submit your feedback and then we’ll do an automatic check to see if you can request a credit. If you're eligible, you can then request a credit. - Log in to your account. - Go to your ‘Purchased Leads’. - Find the lead you’ve reported. - Click ‘View full details’. - Select ‘Request a credit’ and follow the instructions.
