Intermittent hot water

Boiler: Main Combi 30HE (was in place when moved 4 year ago) Problem: The hot water from all outlets runs hot, then the boiler stops for 15-30 seconds, then restarts. Runs for hot for 30 seconds, then switches off again. The issue seems to be accelerating. No error lights at any time.

Could be a conbination of issue's from a simple thermistor temperature sensor regards Mike

Most probably played heat exchanger scaled/blocked. Get a gas safe registered engineer to diagnose and repair.
