I hate hearing this sort of thing it gives us all a bad name legally your option is small claims court but even if you get judgement you still need to send balifs to recover the money
I paid a plumber on your website for a part and he wont return calls

Keen Plumbing took £237 from me for a job to unblock a toilet
This included a new part
This was weeks ago. He will neither fit or deliver the part or refund and now will not answer calls. He has taken our money and not carried out the job. We will report him to the police.
Can I pursue a refund / complaints process through this website?
