Declined jobs

In last 5 jobs I purchased been declined, I need to know why , these jobs I purchased I reported lead because customers didn’t answer my calls, emails and messages, also few of them did not back to me after giving the quote, that’s why I reported lead , or contact me to have details about this ,, thanks

Please get in touch with our customer care team by going to rated.co.uk/contact and filling in the form or call us directly using the number shown. You are buying to option to quote only so if you have enough info to quote then you have spent the money. The figures that rated give is 1 in 4 so for every 4 jobs you quote you will get one of them, if the quote was competitive. If you are not able to quote then you can get a refund on the job
