We recently had an issue with our stack pipe which caused sewerage to back up under the floor in to our downstairs bathroom (has a toilet, sink and shower cubicle)
The stack pipe had been replaced and the floor re covered but we are getting a bit of a smell downstairs when using the shower, bath or toilet upstairs.
We thought the ubends downstairs may have needed more water in then so have ran the taps in the downstairs bathroom but still have an issue.
Any suggestions of what to try next or what could be the cause?
