Hi Thu, Tradespeople without ratings have most likely just joined Rated People. Though they don’t have ratings yet, this doesn’t mean they’re not quality tradespeople. In fact, these tradespeople are incentivised to do a quality job to ensure that they get a brilliant first rating, helping them build their reputation and win future work. We recommend that you ask the tradesperson to see any certifications, qualifications and examples of previous work and customer references.
