Tap vibrating

I have had to turn the water off in my kitchen has I have had to remove the whole kitchen including washing machine and sink and tap. But now when I have used the shower and toilet and turned the tap on in the bathroom I am getting a vibrating noise which has started since I took the kitchen out this afternoon
