Slow or no hot water in shower

My partner has a hot water tank in a cupboard next to the onsuite shower, there is intimitant hot water going to the shower but everywhere else is fine, the pipes for the onsuite shower go up into the loft and back down so I think the water is flowing back into the water tank leaving just air in the pipes but sometimes it won’t come through at all, there is also a poor flow of water when it does work, what can be done to solve this?

Hi mark, it sounds like a shoddy installation, i would suggest either re installing pipework or fitting a shower pump to remedy the lack of pressure and resolve the issue Kindest regards Martin
