Currently we can only get either hot water or heating and not both with the way the boiler has been wired by our previous builders. I’m not sure what the issue is or why it was done this way but would appreciate any advice as to how this can be resolved and the costs involved. I’m not even sure if this is an electrical issue or a plumbing issue either.
