Hot water taps do not work at same time

When i use my bathroom jot water tap and someone puts tge kitchen water tap on the hot water goes cold and does not work at same time. Why is this. We have a combi boiler

Hello. This is mainly down to two options Cold water coming in isn’t got a good pressure and flow rate Or the boiler is underpowered because of its size or the first option or both.
