I want to replace my current kitchen tap with a pull-out one and am having problems understanding the pressure requirements. I have mains pressure on the cold water and the hot comes from a cylinder one floor up, so the pressures will be quite different. Can I assume that a tap with separate controls for hot and cold will suit?
