I have paid £200 to have a shower installed and fitted and the job has not been completed. The 'so-called Tradesman' has informed me that I have now to contact an electrian in order to complete the job. Why was I not informed of this before he started the job? He has also taken away my old shower (without asking permission} The person in question also did not give me a receipt. What can I do about this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
