We hired a gas engineer to install 2 new radiators for lounge and dining area, quoted us with £280, but later on he asked to be paid 370, so we paid him that, but the radiators didnt heat as much as we expected, he said it was due to one system, and he adjusted the gauge on valves so the heat will go to the new ones, later that week, we hired another gas engineer to replace our old boiler &radiators(bedrooms+hallway) which was good, but this left the 2 new radiators not heating at all, he said we have to come back to the guy who installed it... who should we follow up it thru?
