I've just replaced a thermostatic shower. I used the previous showers hot and cold water feeds (so nothing has changed). The water feeds are connected to a pump that kicks in when you run water. The bath is also connected to this same water pump.
However, When we turn the shower on ZERO water comes out! We have to leave the shower turned on and go to the bath and run the hot tap for literally 1 second, which then kicks in the pump and then the shower starts to work. Any ideas
