This leak has been going on for some time with out me knowing about it, until it ruptured. when I remove the concrete to repair the pipe is it a good idea to put a grate over it so it can dry out for a couple of months.The house is a ranch style home with a flat roof, built in 2006 and is 2900 sft located in Wittmann AZ I been in this home for a year and there"s a well and a septic tank on the property.
