There's no clean-out in my 2 story slab foundation house. PVC stack from 2nd floor meets main iron sewer under kitchen sink. Is it OK to tap a PVC clean-out there so it's accessible from inside.? It's a problem to install it with exterior access - plants in the way, asbestos siding etc.
