The toilet keeps beong soak to touch when flushed it dont stop filling mainly due to float keep getting stuck, keep calling people out but theres now mold on pipeseven the pipes are soaked and i have no real odea whats causeimg all the water on floor etc any ideas?

the chances are that the water in the pipes being cold at this time of year and your house is warm, it's likely that you have condensation on your pipes, there's not a lot you can do, maybe open you bathroom window a bit. with regard to your toilet constantly running , if you can see the water in the cistern is clearly overflowing into the overflow pipe the problem is the filling valve, if not then I would guess that the rubber washer at the bottom of the centre flush mechanism is either perished or has a build up of lime scale , turn the water off to the loo and you should be able to remove flush mechanism by turning by hand anti clockwise 1/4 of a turn its a bit like changing a light bulb , try and clean off the lime scale to see if that's the problem . good luck, regards Brian
