Washing machine waste

I need to plumb in a washing machine waste into an old sink with a steel waste pipe. I am trying to find a self cutting waste kit. The only kits I can find are not suitable for cutting into steel waste pipes. Are there kits available for use with steel waste pipes? Thank you.
